Manufacturing Process

Seed Preparation

Fenugreek seeds are cleaned, dehulled if required, and ground to 20–40 mesh. Moisture is controlled below 8% to ensure consistent extraction efficiency.

Defatting (Optional)

Seeds are first defatted with hexane to remove the fatty oil fraction, which is collected separately as fenugreek oil. The defatted cake proceeds to saponin extraction.

Aqueous / Alcoholic Extraction
